Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@magtrax.co. After you provide us some basic information, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Upon inspection to ensure that the product is in good condition, you’ll be automatically refunded your full purchase cost minus a 15% re-stocking fee due to the custom nature of our product and the cost of return shipping (typically $8-25) if you opt to have us provide you a shipping label. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
We strive to only produce and ship the highest quality product possible. During the manufacturing and fulfillment process, each track is inspected during 3 separate times as it moves through the production process. However, if for any reason, a single track gets sent to you that does not meet your satisfaction, we will replace it or refund the value of the track for 1 year from the purchase date.
Also, if the product breaks during normal use, we will replace it or refund the value of the track for 1 year from the purchase date, so you can purchase your MagTrax with complete peace of mind.
To submit a claim, all you have to do is send an email to hello@magtrax.co with pictures of the defective product and a brief explanation of how it broke or did not meet your expectations, and we will respond as quickly as possible (usually within 1-2 business days).
